Our Remote-Only GP Appointments
Our founders have extensive experience in delivering remote and inpatient services in the UK, Singapore, Malaysia and India. Many healthcare conditions can be effectively treated and managed remotely.
We also offer our help to understand and navigate the available local services that are often valued by patients. Also providing a process whereby patients can link with our partners in the UK, Singapore, Malaysia and India. In the case of accessing procedures and surgeries with our partners, we can provide the bridging services and follow up in Sri Lanka.
What is a Digi-Physical Service?
With Digi-physical, your first contact with a doctor is always through a ‘Digital-first’
remote appointment. If your doctor can safely treat you via video or telephone, they will
do so. If, however, following your consultation you need (or want!) to see us in person,
our doctor can book you into our ‘in-person services’ in our flagship clinic in Colombo 04
or via Home Visits.
Our in-person services are provided via a combination of scheduled home visits to your door, and clinics.

Dr Shiraz Deen
Dr. Shiraz Deen is a board-certified, licensed, and highly reputed GP practitioner in the Thames Valley area. He has been working as a GP for the past 10 years. As a highly qualified GP, Dr. Shiraz Deen aims to deliver the most effective, reliable, and best-quality medical treatment in England.
Dr. Shiraz Deen received his medical degree from Manchester and moved to the Oxford Deanery to train as a GP. He can speak English, Sinhala, Tamil, and Malay. Dr. Shiraz is currently working as an NHS GP in Windsor and a GP Trainer for the Oxford Deanery.
As a clinical lead of the local extended access service through which they deliver evening and weekend NHS GP appointments out of Windsor and Maidenhead. He believes responsive, and patient-centric healthcare is essential to move to a more connected future.
Dr Shifaz Deen
Dr. Shifaz Deen is a highly experienced General Practitioner (GP) with a broad and diverse medical background spanning over 10 years of practice in Sri Lanka. Currently attached to Sri Jayawardenapura General Hospital, he continues to offer expert medical care to patients. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Shifaz is advancing his expertise by pursuing postgraduate studies in family medicine, further enhancing his qualifications and understanding of general practice.
Professional Experience:
• Cardiothoracic Surgery : Dr. Shifaz has accumulated 6 years of hands-on experience in cardiothoracic surgery, where he treated a variety of heart and lung conditions. He has been involved in both surgical procedures and clinical management, including post-operative care, of patients undergoing complex cardiovascular and thoracic interventions.
• Emergency Medicine: Dr. Shifaz has worked in the Emergency Department, gaining invaluable experience in handling acute and life-threatening conditions. His time in the Emergency Department has provided him with the ability to make quick decisions and deliver urgent care under high-pressure circumstances.
• ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) : With 4 years in the ENT department, Dr. Shifaz has managed a wide range of conditions affecting the head and neck, such as respiratory disorders, hearing loss, sinus issues, and other ENT conditions. His comprehensive care has helped patients recover from both medical and surgical ENT problems.
• Gynecology and Obstetrics: Dr. Shifaz has worked in the Gynecology and Obstetrics department at Vavuniya General Hospital, where he gained experience in managing women’s health issues, including prenatal care, labor and delivery, and gynecological conditions.
• Pediatrics: Additionally, Dr. Shifaz has worked in the Pediatrics department at Vavuniya General Hospital, where he cared for infants and children with a wide range of medical conditions, from common pediatric illnesses to more complex pediatric cases.
Current Education:
Dr. Shifaz is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in family medicine, which is enhancing his knowledge in primary care, preventive medicine, and managing chronic diseases, further expanding his ability to serve patients across all ages and specialties.
Dr Nandaka Dickwella – MBBS, MRCGP, DRCOG
Dr Nandaka Dickwella is a well experienced GP practitioner with 12 years experience working as a GP in United Kingdom. He is currently working as a NHS GP in Berkshire.
He graduated from the university of West Indies in 2003. Since then he has worked in several fields of Medicine in various hospitals in England before moving in to becoming a GP. He has worked several years in Obstetrics and Gynaecology specially in London getting vast expertise in women’s health. He also has a special interest in the practice of Aesthetics. He can speak English and Sinhala.
He completed his NHS GP training in Kent before moving to Berkshire. Since then he has worked in many practices in Kent, Sussex, Surry and London before establishing in Berkshire. In his current practice he trains and guide junior doctors, nurses and paramedics to help develop their carriers.
He is a patient centred, forward thinking and efficient GP committed to maintain high standards of patient care.
Dr Ruvaiz Haniffa
Dr. Haniffa has contributed significantly to medical education, family medicine, and community health, including involvement in key projects aimed at strengthening health systems and improving medical education in Sri Lanka. He has been instrumental in coordinating programs for general practitioners and has served as an examiner for undergraduate and postgraduate medical education.
